“I was blessed with the opportunity to participate in your laughter yoga presentation in Yankton today at the Yankton Area Mental Wellness Conference. It was one of the most profoundly joyful experiences I have had in a long while! There were times during the session that I was moved to tears, especially during the quiet meditation following the 25 minutes of laughing. I have felt so much freer all day - like it is OK for me to be me! I am an introvert by nature but laughter yoga allowed me to be to be child-like and turn off that filter that attaches judgment to the way I behave.
